Domestic Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and 3-5 days for transit shipping.

Worldwide Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and 1-3 weeks for transit shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Returns Policy

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items.
• Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your
return once it is received.
• Pet Parent is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.

Refunds

We offer exchanges and/or refunds when the products are:
- Wrong order details
• You will be qualified for a refund if we made a mistake with your order (wrong size or product instead of what you asked for) with a proof of your receipt and order # details.
- Defective items
• We hope that our items will arrive in perfect condition and to your complete satisfaction. Should your item however be defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package using our contact form or e-mail hello@petparentco.com. 
• To allow fast processing, please inform us directly of the reason of your complaint, stating your order details, and send us a few pictures of the defective item. We will issue you a refund as soon as possible – after all, we want you to be happy with your purchase!
